Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Karachi. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales team in day-to-day operations, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include assisting in the development of sales strategies, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with other departments to meet sales targets. The role also involves handling customer inquiries, conducting sales presentations, and maintaining a database of client information.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales management, customer relationship management, and market research
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to conduct sales presentations
  • Proficiency in using sales software and maintaining client databases
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and support the sales team in achieving targets
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
  • Relevant bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience in the manufacturing or chemical industry is a plus
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
