Position: Technical Business Development Intern (Upwork Bidding)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Technical Business Development Intern to join our team and assist in managing and growing our Upwork profile. The ideal candidate should have a BSCS or IT degree with excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. If you have a passion for technology, client communication, and business growth, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and similar freelance platforms.
  • Write professional and engaging proposals tailored to each client's requirements.
  • Communicate with potential clients to understand their project needs and assist in closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to prepare project estimates and proposals.
  • Maintain client relationships and track project progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (BSCS) or Information Technology (IT).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Strong understanding of technical stacks (e.g., Web Development, Mobile Apps, UI/UX, PHP, React, etc.).
  • Good presentation and soft skills.
  • 3–6 months of relevant experience in bidding or technical sales is a plus.
  • Passionate about learning and growing in a fast-paced environment.
