Your Role: Logistics Coordinator

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive team player to join our growing logistics team. This position is vital to ensuring smooth coordination of shipments across the globe while maintaining compliance and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain shipping documentation using the company's ERP system (Odoo)
  • Ensure compliance with international export control laws and regulations
  • Track shipments with truckers and ocean carriers; provide clients and agents with real-time updates
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and respond to inquiries and special instructions
  • Provide timely updates and follow-ups on all logistics-related activities
  • Collaborate with team members to meet tight submission deadlines
  • Conduct independent and collaborative research as needed
  • Coordinate with vendors, customers, and freight partners via phone and email
  • Onboard and manage relationships with new truckers, carriers, and freight forwarders

What We're Looking For

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Fluent in English and Urdu (other languages are a plus)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong typing and data entry skills
  • Experience with ERP systems (especially Odoo) is an asset
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
