Role Overview:

We're looking for a
Guest Support Intern
who will be the main point of contact for our guests, making sure every inquiry, booking, check-in, and check-out runs smoothly. You'll handle communication, resolve issues promptly, and ensure that our guests leave with an unforgettable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to pre-booking inquiries quickly and professionally
  • Manage guest bookings and coordinate with cleaning/turnover teams
  • Assist guests with seamless check-in and check-out experiences
  • Handle guest concerns and resolve issues in real-time
  • Maintain excellent communication and hospitality standards
  • Support operations as we expand to new properties

What We're Looking For:

  • Prior experience in hospitality, customer support, or Airbnb/STR management (preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Flexible with working hours (as guest needs may arise outside standard hours)
