Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and professional Customer Support Representative

to join our team in the hospitality industry. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for

guests and clients, providing exceptional service through phone, email, and live chat. You will

handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction in alignment with our

commitment to superior service.

Key Responsibilities:


• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.


• Assist guests with reservations, cancellations, booking modifications, and general information.


• Resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.


• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.


• Collaborate with internal departments (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) to ensure timely service delivery.


• Provide detailed information about the property's services, amenities, promotions, and local attractions.


• Follow communication scripts and service guidelines while adapting to guest needs.


• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors as needed.


• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.


• Proven experience in a customer support or front desk role, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.


• Strong communication skills – verbal and written.


• Proficient with customer service software, booking systems, and Microsoft Office.


• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.


• Positive attitude and a passion for helping people.
