Backend BNB manages the day-to-day operations for Airbnb, , and VRBO listings, allowing hosts to relax and maximize revenue. From guest communication and smooth check-ins/check-outs to cleaning team coordination, dynamic pricing, and performance reporting, we handle every detail with professionalism and care.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Customer Support Representative. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for managing guest communications, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, coordinating with the cleaning team, assisting with dynamic pricing, and generating performance reports. This role is on-site and located in Malir District.

  • Scheduling and Coordination skills
  • Experience in Dynamic Pricing and Performance Reporting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and professionally
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools
  • Experience in the hospitality or property management industry is a plus
