Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Application Engineer specializing in Intelligent Building Management Systems, based in Karachi. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and commissioning intelligent building management systems and other associated automation solutions. The role also involves regular troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and ensuring seamless system functionality. Applicants are expected to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) design, installation, and automation technologies
  • Strong knowledge of control processes, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), and SCADA systems
  • Proficiency in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automation and instrumentation systems
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate technical concepts effectively
  • Previous experience in power system design and industrial automation is a plus
  • Adaptability to dynamic project environments and a proactive approach to problem-solving
