Job Overview:

Redbox Technologies Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage all financial aspects of the business, including company accounts, employee payroll, taxation, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting, with the ability to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage the company's financial records, general ledger, and daily accounting tasks.
  • Process and manage employee payroll, benefits, deductions, and ensure timely salary disbursements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Handle tax preparation, filing, and ensure compliance with all local and federal tax laws.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
  • Monitor accounts receivable/payable and cash flow.
  • Assist in budget planning, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial legislation.
  • Provide financial recommendations to management for business growth and efficiency. Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's or certification like ACCA/CA/CMA is a plus).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Zoho Books.
  • Strong knowledge of local tax laws, payroll processing, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities. Salary: Competitive - based on experience and qualifications.

Working Hours: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM (Night Shift)
