Key Responsibilities
:

  • Generate data-driven insights for improving win rates.
  • Conduct market research & competitor analysis to refine pricing and positioning.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Train and mentor junior BD executives, ensuring best practices in analytics-driven sales growth.

Requirements
:

1-3

    • years proven experience as a Business Development Executive/Manager on Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms.
  • Strong record of closing large-scale international projects.
  • Excellent proposal writing, client communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and use insights to improve strategies.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and team management skills
