We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Control and Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team and help ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.

Position Overview:

As the Quality Control and assurance Engineer , you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our product quality and reliability. You will assist in all aspects of quality control and assurance processes, manage a team of quality professionals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the Development and implementation of comprehensive quality control and assurance processes, including inspection protocols, quality audits, and performance metrics.

  • Lead a team of quality inspectors, technicians, and engineers, providing guidance, training, and mentoring to ensure consistent quality standards.

  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.

  • Assist and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and quality manuals.

  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality concerns.

  • Assist in Monitoring and evaluating supplier quality and performance, working closely with procurement to improve supplier relationships.

-Assist in Implementation of robust quality management system (QMS) in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

  • Maintain a culture of quality awareness throughout the organization through training and communication.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality control and assurance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering, Advance certification will be preferred

  • Proven experience in quality control and assurance management, preferably in a manufacturing setting.

  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and address root causes of quality issues.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented and results-driven.

  • Six Sigma, Lean, or other quality improvement certifications are a plus.
