Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist, located in Lahore District. The Receptionist will manage day-to-day front desk operations, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and handling clerical tasks. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service and ensuring efficient communication and coordination within the office.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
  • Proficient in Clerical Skills and various administrative tasks
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Experience with office software and systems
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant certification is a plus
  • Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial
