Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for a Receptionist. The Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing phone lines, managing reservations, and performing various clerical duties. The Receptionist will also be tasked with providing exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Qualifications

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
  • Proficient in Clerical Skills and general office tasks
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
