What You'll Do:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining AI-powered applications using
    Python
    or

    .
  • Collaborate with senior developers to build
    chatbots
    and simple
    multi-agent workflows
    .
  • Experiment with
    OpenAI tools
    ,
    LangChain
    , and other GenAI frameworks.
  • Participate in research and prototyping of AI models for automation and conversation agents.
  • Learn how to implement
    RAG-based chatbots
    and utilize the
    OpenAI Assistants API
    .
  • Contribute to integrating AI features into existing web/mobile platforms.

What We're Looking For:

  • 0–6 months of hands-on experience (internships, personal projects, or coursework).
  • Familiarity or strong interest in tools like
    LangChain
    ,
    OpenAI
    , or similar GenAI libraries.
  • Some exposure to
    Python
    or

    development (through bootcamps, personal projects, etc.).
  • Willingness to learn about
    multi-agent systems
    (LangGraph, CrewAI, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of
    Natural Language Processing
    and how chatbots work.
  • Interest in working with
    cloud platforms
    (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Eagerness to grow in areas like
    API integration
    ,
    RAG

    AI infrastructure
    .

Bonus If You Have:

  • Contributed to open-source AI/ML projects or GitHub showcases.
  • Basic knowledge of
    Docker

    Kubernetes
    , or
    DevOps
    for AI workflows.
