Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in lead generation, a strong understanding of CRM systems, and expertise in creating targeted lists to fuel business growth. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and qualifying leads for sales opportunities to support the company's objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Sourcing & Generation
: Use a variety of tools and techniques to identify potential leads (e.g., databases, social media, networking events, and other research methods).
- Lead Qualification
: Research and evaluate potential leads to determine their fit within the company's target customer profile.
- CRM Management
: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information, contact details, and status updates.
- List Creation & Segmentation
: Create, manage, and segment lists based on demographic, geographic, and behavioral data to optimize outreach efforts.
- Outreach Strategy
: Implement lead outreach strategies, including email campaigns, cold calls, and social selling to nurture leads.
- Collaboration
: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with overall business objectives and ensure leads are handed off efficiently.
- Reporting & Analysis
: Provide regular reports on lead generation metrics, tracking the performance of campaigns and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Market Research
: Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adapt lead generation techniques.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience
: Minimum 3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field.
- System Knowledge
: Proficient in CRM systems (e.g.HubSpot), lead generation tools, and data management systems.
- List Management
: Strong skills in list building, segmentation, and understanding customer data to tailor outreach strategies.
- Communication Skills
: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling emails and messages.
- Analytical Skills
: Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and adjust lead generation strategies to maximize results.
- Attention to Detail
: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing lead lists and CRM entries.
- Self-Starter
: Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Problem-Solving
: Creative problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges in lead generation and qualification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Familiarity with social media platforms for lead generation.
- Knowledge of data privacy laws and best practices for handling lead data.
