Job Summary:
We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to support our sales and marketing team in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients in the US market. This role requires a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate quality leads through research, outreach, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, social media, and industry-specific sources.
- Qualify leads by verifying key details and ensuring they meet the target criteria.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects for the sales team.
- Conduct cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to engage potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings and hand over qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in CRM tools.
- Track, report, and analyze lead generation metrics to improve effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field).
- Prior experience in lead generation, sales support, or business development (international/US market experience preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with the sales team.
- Comfortable working the night shift (US hours).
