Lead Generation Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Generation Specialist to identify, qualify, and build a pipeline of potential customers for our business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern lead generation tools, data scraping, and CRM management, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in B2B environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify and qualify potential leads through LinkedIn, company websites, directories, and other online platforms.
- Use tools such as , ZoomInfo, , and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to gather accurate contact information.
- Verify and validate lead data to ensure quality and relevance.
- Maintain and update lead databases using Google Sheets or CRM systems.
- Categorize leads based on industry, job title, and location for targeted outreach.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead criteria and quality.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
- Maintain high standards of data accuracy and eliminate duplicates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation.
- Proficient in using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter, ZoomInfo, etc.
- Experience with data scraping tools (e.g., Instant Data Scraper, ).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong understanding of lead qualification and segmentation.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
Preferred:
- Experience working in B2B SaaS or marketing agencies.
- Understanding of email marketing and prospect outreach strategies.

Pay: Rs100, Rs150,000.00 per month
