Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Generation Specialist to identify, qualify, and build a pipeline of potential customers for our business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern lead generation tools, data scraping, and CRM management, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in B2B environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify and qualify potential leads through LinkedIn, company websites, directories, and other online platforms.
  • Use tools such as , ZoomInfo, , and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to gather accurate contact information.
  • Verify and validate lead data to ensure quality and relevance.
  • Maintain and update lead databases using Google Sheets or CRM systems.
  • Categorize leads based on industry, job title, and location for targeted outreach.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead criteria and quality.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy and eliminate duplicates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation.
  • Proficient in using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Experience with data scraping tools (e.g., Instant Data Scraper, ).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of lead qualification and segmentation.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in B2B SaaS or marketing agencies.
  • Understanding of email marketing and prospect outreach strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100, Rs150,000.00 per month
