We are seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Laravel and to join our dynamic team in Faisalabad. This role is ideal for a self-driven professional who can independently develop, manage, and deploy complex web applications from scratch to production—without external assistance.

The ideal candidate will take full ownership of projects, lead development efforts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update web applications using Laravel (PHP) and (JavaScript) frameworks.
  • Take complete ownership of projects—from requirement gathering to deployment and post-launch support.
  • Understand client requirements and build custom solutions from scratch.
  • Implement responsive designs for seamless user experience across all devices.
  • Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and secure code for both frontend and backend components.
  • Customize and extend existing themes, templates, and plugins as needed.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases.
  • Optimize performance and resolve bugs, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities.
  • Plan and execute development tasks in collaboration with designers and project managers.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and interns.
  • Implement and manage version control systems (e.g., Git) and deployment workflows.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in Laravel, , and full stack development best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Laravel and (Full Stack).

Proven track record of handling and delivering large-scale, complex projects independently.

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, and modern JavaScript frameworks.

Experience with MySQL, database architecture, and server-side optimization.

Familiarity with Linux-based hosting environments, deployment tools, and server configuration.

Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and responsive design principles.

Knowledge of Git, project management tools, and Agile methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Strong communication and time management skills.

Additional Responsibilities

Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices across the development team.

Provide technical support to end-users and assist in client communication when required.

Train and mentor junior developers and interns on full-stack web development techniques.

Eligibility Criteria

Location:
Must be a resident of Faisalabad or willing to relocate.

Experience:
Minimum 5 years as a Full Stack Laravel/Vue Developer.

Portfolio:
Must provide a portfolio or GitHub repository highlighting completed projects.
