The Role:

The Technical Lead / Solution Architect provides both technical leadership and architectural guidance to ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. This role bridges business requirements and technical implementation, guiding development teams while shaping the design, integration, and long-term technology strategy of solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical architecture and system designs.
  • Design end-to-end solutions, covering applications, integrations, databases, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance requirements.
  • Mentor a team of software engineers, ensuring best practices in coding, design, and testing.
  • Perform hands-on development for critical modules and guide team in solving complex technical challenges.
  • Review code, enforce standards, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and ensure timely delivery of features.
  • Drive adoption of CI/CD, DevOps, and automation practices within the team.
  • Ensure compliance with company's information security and data protection policies.

Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years
    of expertise in latest development stack (Microsoft .NET, .NET Core, SQL) with at least 2-3 years as technical lead / solutions architect.
  • Advanced knowledge of software engineering, system integration, cloud platforms (MS-Azure), microservices, APIs, DevOps, and security practices.
  • Strong ability to design distributed systems, evaluate trade-offs, and document architecture.
  • Understanding of business requirements, ROI, and impact of technical decisions.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, ability to explain complex tech to non-technical audiences.
  • Team leadership, mentoring, conflict resolution, and decision-making.
