Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled 
Technical Lead
 with strong expertise in 
Python frameworks
 and 
AI/ML technologies
. This role involves leading the development team, architecting intelligent solutions, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. The ideal candidate should exhibit strong technical leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for innovation in AI-driven systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end development using modern 
    Python frameworks
     such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI.
  • Design and implement 
    AI/ML systems
    , including model development, optimization, and deployment.
  • Architect scalable backend solutions, APIs, and cloud-based services.
  • Guide and mentor the development team; conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to deliver high-impact technical solutions.
  • Ensure system performance, security, and scalability.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies in AI and backend development.
  • Oversee documentation, project planning, and technical roadmaps.

Key Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Python and frameworks such as 
    Django, Flask, and FastAPI.
  • Hands-on experience with 
    AI/ML
    , deep learning, NLP, and relevant libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.)
  • Experience building scalable APIs and backend architectures.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Strong understanding of microservices, system design, and performance optimization.
  • Experience leading technical teams and managing development lifecycles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
