
HR & Admin Officer

We are looking for a skilled HR and Accounts Officer . who will be responsible for HR Accounts and administrative tasks and you'll contribute to making the company a better place to work.
Education Requiremtns are Graduation in relavant subjects ( BBA / HR / Admin).
HR Tasks
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and systems
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Assist in performance management processes
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
Accounts
- Manage all accounting transactions ( including petty cash)
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable .
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Audit financial transactions and documents
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as HR and Accounts Officer .
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strong ethics and reliability
- MS Office and Excel good skills& knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs35, Rs50,000.00 per month
