Join our growing automobile dealership network as an Admin Officer and play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across departments. We are looking for an organized, responsible, and proactive individual who can manage administrative tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations and facility management.
  • Manage office supplies, repairs, and maintenance activities.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments.
  • Support HR and Accounts departments in logistical and operational matters.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing company events and official visits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience (automobile dealership experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and record management.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
