Role Overview:

As the Client Success Manager, you will talk to our clients regularly and make sure they are happy with our work. You will make sure that everything we promised to the client is delivered on time. You will work closely with the operations manager and quality checker to fix any problems quickly and keep everything running smoothly

Salary

  • 30, ,000 PKR/month base

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talk to clients often and clearly to keep them updated and Satisfied
  • Make sure all videos and tasks are delivered to clients on time
  • Work with the operations manager and quality checker to solve any issues
  • Record and send Loom videos to help solve client problems quickly
  • When a video goes live, send a message to the client with the video link (YouTube or Instagram)
  • Every month, create a report showing how many videos are done, pending, or still being edited (maintaining backlog reports)
  • Post videos on client YouTube channels to stay on schedule
  • assign tasks to internal team (making sure they are accountable for their work)

We're looking for someone who is organized, quick to respond, and focused on helping clients. You'll be a big part of making sure everything runs smoothly and clients are happy.
