About the Role

ABS International seeks a B2B International Sales Representative to drive global client acquisition. Join our Karachi team to negotiate international deals and grow your sales career with uncapped earning potential. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct strategic outbound sales outreach to international B2B clients
  • Negotiate and close global business deals across multiple time zones
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive engagement
  • Maintain accurate sales records and performance reports in CRM systems
  • Develop new business opportunities in international markets

Qualifications

  • 1+ year international sales or BPO sales experience
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Evening shift availability (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM PKT)
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
