Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven 
Content Strategist
 to develop and execute effective content strategies that drive organic growth and improve search engine rankings. The ideal candidate will combine creative storytelling with data-driven insights to produce engaging, optimized content that aligns with our brand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the content strategy across all platforms (website, blog, social, email, etc.) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, SEO analysis, and competitive audits to inform content planning.
  • Collaborate with designers, and SEO specialists to create high-impact, search-friendly content.
  • Optimize existing content based on performance data and evolving SEO best practices.
  • Create and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and product initiatives.
  • Analyze content performance metrics (traffic, rankings, engagement, conversions) and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and style across all content.
  • Stay up-to-date with content marketing trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in content strategy, content marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console), and content performance analytics.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates both creativity and optimization.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), HTML basics, and content management workflows.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in content writing.
  • Basic understanding of technical SEO.
  • Familiarity with content marketing funnels and lead generation strategies.
