b Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to support our Finance & Accounts department. The selected candidate will assist in bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Record daily financial transactions in accounting software.

· Assist in preparation of ledgers, journals, and trial balance.

· Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer balances.

· Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

· Handle payables, receivables, invoices, and petty cash management.

· Assist with tax filing, compliance, and audit requirements.

· Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

· Provide support to the Finance Manager and Senior Accountants.

Qualifications

  • B.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance or Accounting)

Skills Required

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles.

· MUST HAVE KNOLEDGE OF QUICKBOOKS ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE

· Good communication and reporting skills.

· High attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in an accounting/finance role.
  • Fresh graduates may also apply.
