Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Accountant
to join our finance team. This is a
full-time, on-site role based in Faisalabad
with a
night shift schedule (5 PM – 2 AM, Monday to Friday)
. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to support decision-making with financial insights.
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable and expense tracking.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Accounting, Finance, or related field
    .
  • 1–2 years of proven accounting experience
    (BPO/IT industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel (must-have).
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g.,
    QuickBooks, Tally, or ERP systems
    ).
  • Strong knowledge of
    accounting principles and financial regulations
    .
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with accuracy in numbers.
  • Ability to work independently.

Work Schedule

  • On-site (Faisalabad)
  • Night Shift – Fulltime role
    ( 5 PM - 2 AM / Monday - Friday)
