Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in web development (agency/freelance background preferred).
  • Strong WordPress experience (Elementor, Gutenberg, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of Shopify or Webflow.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript for custom edits/snippets.
  • Experience with GA4, GTM, and ad tracking pixels.
  • Strong understanding of site speed optimization and mobile-first design.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • PHP basics (WordPress hooks)
  • Familiarity with for advanced projects.
  • API integrations and workflow automation (Zapier, Make).
  • A/B testing tools (Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely).
  • Basic design literacy (Figma, Adobe XD).
