Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our Accounts & Finance team. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of accounting principles (IAS & IFRS) and practices and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Entry and Record-Keeping

2. Accounts Payable and Receivable Management

3. Preparation of Invoices and P.Os

4. Keep a track of Expenses

5. Assist in Bank Reconciliation

6. Assist in Financial Reporting

7. Administrative Support

8. Liaising with Clients and Operations Teams

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; or equivalent experience.

Experience: Up to 2 years of relevant experience in an accounting or finance role preferred, should also  possess hands-on experience using QuickBooks. 

Skills:

- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks is a plus).

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
