  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages efficiently.
  • Support branch head/manager in administrative and operational tasks.
  • Maintain records, filing systems, and documentation related to branch activities.
  • Ensure the reception area and office premises are clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Assist in organizing branch events, meetings, and staff activities.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when required.
