Security Technical Support Officer – Control Room Operations (TPC Staff)

𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

Islamabad (with travel to branches as required)

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄:

We're looking for a Security Technical Support Officer to ensure smooth operation of our Security Control Room, including real-time monitoring of CCTV, alarms, and Access Control systems. The role includes resolving system issues, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring high security standards across branches.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:


• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access systems from the control room.


• Escalate and resolve system alerts and technical complaints promptly.


• Coordinate with branch staff and vendors for troubleshooting.


• Maintain logs, reports, and incident records.


• Conduct site visits for system checks and maintenance.


• Ensure SOP compliance and data confidentiality.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:


• Education: Diploma in Electronics or related field


• Experience: 2+ years in control room or security systems support


• Skills: CCTV, Access Control, Alarm Systems, Networking basics, strong
• coordination & communication


• Willing to travel and work in shifts if required
