About the Role:

Mindrind is seeking a
Senior Business Development Specialist
with hands-on experience in managing
Upwork and Fiverr
accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, writing winning proposals, and maintaining long-term client relationships to boost business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize company profiles on Upwork and Fiverr.
  • Generate quality leads and close new business opportunities.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships.
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with the internal team for project execution.

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of proven experience in Business Development (Upwork & Fiverr).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital services and IT industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
