  • Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and market trends.

  • Outreach potential customers or clients on linkedin, Upwork, Cold Emailing.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.

  • Conduct market research to identify growth areas and competitive advantages.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals.

  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure long-term client satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and goals.

  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics.

  • Proven experience as a Business Developer or similar role in IT / Software House.

  • Experience Required 3-4 Years.

  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

  • Comfortable in relocating to the office location.

  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
