Role Overview

We're seeking a
Senior Business Developer

based in
Lahore, Pakistan

, to lead our business development initiatives. You will drive client acquisition, manage proposals, close deals, and help shape our strategic growth - particularly in AI consulting and product development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and convert high-potential leads in business process automation, AI product development, and go-to-market strategy across diverse global industries.
  • Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle - from lead generation to proposal writing, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships with startups, enterprises, and tech partners.
  • Understand client needs, coordinate with internal teams, and deliver tailored AI solutions.
  • Develop business plans, track KPIs, and provide clear, actionable reports to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across time zones with engineering and delivery teams.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts (e.g., case studies, tradeshows, LinkedIn content).
  • Drive new service development aligned with market trends and demand.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in business development or B2B sales in AI, analytics, or tech consulting.
  • Strong understanding of the AI ecosystem, including ML engineers, AI product managers, and GenAI tools.
  • Proven ability to write compelling proposals and close high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - with a knack for translating tech into value.
  • Experience with client and stakeholder management.
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and ownership mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Must have experience in the field.
  • Background in consulting, startup sales, or tech-driven solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and B2B outreach platforms.
