Job Summary

We are offering a 3-month internship opportunity for fresh graduates who have specialized in Finance and are eager to build a career in accounting and financial management. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in day-to-day finance operations, data entry, and reporting, using modern tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Successful interns may be offered a full-time Accounts Associate position upon completion.

Key Learning Areas & Responsibilities

  • Data Collection & Coordination
  • Assist in requesting and following up with clients for bank and credit card statements.
  • Help in downloading purchase invoices from supplier portals and official client emails.
  • Retrieve and organize daily sales data from client POS systems.
  • Data Entry & Processing
  • Learn to input purchase invoices and sales data into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Practice maintaining accurate daily data entries under supervision.
  • Month-End Closing Exposure
  • Support the team in preparing bank reconciliation statements.
  • Assist in expense tracking and basic reporting.
  • Gain exposure to sales analysis and preparation of profit & loss reports.
  • Contribute to item-wise purchase and expense analysis.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas preferred).
  • Eagerness to learn ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and willingness to take initiative.
  • Good communication and follow-up skills.

Working Conditions

  • Location: Onsite – Johar Town, Lahore
  • Shift Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Working Days: Monday -Friday
