AheadTech360 is a fast-growing digital marketing and development agency delivering 360° solutions: performance marketing, SEO, branding, creative design, and website development. We are seeking an Operations & Brand Manager to manage our team and client projects while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations across Marketing, Design, Development, and SEO teams.
  • Assign and track tasks using Odoo or similar project management tools.
  • Act as the primary client contact via WhatsApp communities, meetings, and email.
  • Understand client goals and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
  • Review marketing campaigns, creatives, and website projects for quality.
  • Conduct daily and weekly team check-ins and performance reviews.
  • Generate weekly performance reports for internal and client updates.
  • Suggest process improvements to streamline operations and enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Computer Science.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a digital marketing or creative agency (Account Manager, Project Manager, or Brand Manager).
  • Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing channels (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, content).
  • Basic understanding of website development workflows (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with project management tools (Odoo, Trello, Asana, ClickUp).
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.

Compensation & Benefits

  • PKR 40,000/month during probation (3 months).
  • PKR 50,000/month after confirmation.
