Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Karachi Division for a Technical Sales Specialist. Responsibilities include managing technical sales processes, providing product knowledge to clients, and building relationships to generate leads and drive sales. Daily tasks will include delivering technical support and exceptional customer service, troubleshooting client issues, and preparing sales reports. Collaboration with internal teams and gathering customer feedback to enhance service offerings are also integral components of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client needs effectively
  • Ability to provide Technical Support and possess a solid understanding of technical products and solutions
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in a technical sales role is advantageous
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is required
