Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant located in Karachi. The Accountant will be responsible for managing
day-to-day accounting tasks, including handling financial documents, verifying data, preparing reports,
and generating financial reports.

  • Assist in maintaining day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording various transactions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and track company expenses to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and financial statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
  • Support the audit process by preparing necessary documentation and assisting with queries.
  • Help manage cash flow by tracking payments and expenditures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all financial data and ensure compliance with company policies.

Provide general administrative support to the accounts department

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial data entry
  • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA) are a plus
