About the Role:

We are seeking a AI Engineer with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to join our team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of AI-driven solutions, implementing cutting-edge machine learning techniques and retrieval-based generative models.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML models for production.
• Build and optimize end-to-end pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Implement and fine-tune NLP models and LLMs (GPT, BERT, T5, LLaMA, etc.) for enterprise use cases.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to improve information retrieval and contextual accuracy.
• Work with transformer-based architectures and apply fine-tuning techniques.
• Optimize AI model performance, scalability, and latency for production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, data) to integrate AI solutions into business workflows.
• Research and experiment with the latest AI/ML techniques, keeping Crewlogix ahead of industry trends.
• Evaluate open-source and proprietary AI models for practical applications.
• Support model monitoring, evaluation, and iterative improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Python and libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, and OpenAI APIs.
• Hands-on experience with NLP techniques (tokenization, embeddings, text classification, sequence-to-sequence models).
• Experience working with LLMs (fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and deployment).
• Familiarity with RAG architectures and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB).
• Solid understanding of data preprocessing and handling large-scale text datasets.
• Experience with cloud-based AI/ML services (AWS, GCP, Azure) for training and deployment.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
• Experience in mentoring or guiding junior engineers.
• Background in computer vision or generative AI.
