Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven
Marketing Referral Specialist
to establish and maintain referral partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships. This role involves reaching out to medical professionals to establish referral collaborations and increase patient referrals for our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers to establish referral partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in medical facilities.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase referral sources and patient volume.
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and in-person visits to promote collaboration.
  • Educate healthcare providers about our services and benefits for their patients.
  • Monitor referral trends and provide reports on referral growth and outreach efforts.
  • Address any concerns from referring providers to ensure a seamless referral process.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to optimize referral workflows and patient intake.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong background in marketing, sales, or healthcare referral coordination.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in healthcare marketing, business development, or medical referrals preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively engage potential referral sources.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other marketing tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Willingness to travel locally for meetings with healthcare providers as needed.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in medical sales, marketing, or referral development.
