Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced
Team Lead
to oversee sales operations for the
Caribbean market
. The ideal candidate will manage a sales team, develop market strategies, and ensure smooth execution of auction car sales from Japan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of sales executives focused on the Caribbean market.
  • Drive sales of auction vehicles and ensure monthly KPIs are met.
  • Build and maintain relationships with car dealers, importers, and customers in the region.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities.
  • Train and mentor sales staff to improve closing rates and customer engagement.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    3–5 years
    experience in sales (automotive).
  • Strong knowledge of Japanese auction car markets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Leadership ability to manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Familiarity with Caribbean automotive import regulations (preferred).
