About the Role:

We're looking for an
AI Engineer
with hands-on experience in building applications using
LangChain
and
Large Language Models (LLMs)
. You'll be part of a growing AI team focused on developing intelligent, scalable, and production-ready solutions using state-of-the-art LLM frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AI-driven applications using
    LangChain
    and
    LLM APIs
    (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere).
  • Build and manage
    RAG pipelines
    using tools like
    vector databases
    (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
  • Implement
    prompt engineering strategies
    for performance and accuracy.
  • Integrate LLMs with external tools, APIs, and agent frameworks.
  • Work with structured and unstructured data to fine-tune or optimize LLM outputs.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to bring AI features to life.
  • Optimize model performance, latency, and cost-efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1.5+ years of experience in LangChain (Compulsory).
  • Proven experience with Python, LangChain, LangGraph and LangSmith (or similar LLM application frameworks).
  • Practical experience building AI/ML-driven applications, such as chatbots, RAG pipelines, or agent workflows.
  • Comfortable working with REST APIs, databases, and cloud services.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness and ability to mentor junior developers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with vector stores such as Pinecone, FAISS, or Weaviate.
  • Familiarity with LLM providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, or Cohere.
  • Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced product development environment.
