Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated
AI Engineer (1–2 years' experience)
to join our team. The role focuses on
integrating existing AI/ML tools such as LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and related frameworks
into enterprise tools like
SystemWeaver
and similar platforms.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer who enjoys
building AI-enabled use cases
, automating workflows, and experimenting with the latest advancements in
applied AI
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on
    large language models (LLMs)
    ,
    retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
    , and
    agentic AI
    systems for enterprise use cases.
  • Development of end-to-end AI solutions: data preparation, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Develop and test
    APIs, connectors, and scripts
    to enable AI-driven use cases.
  • Prototype and implement
    AI-powered assistants
    for requirement analysis, test case generation, and documentation.
  • Optimize models for scalability, efficiency, and robustness in production environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure
    seamless integration and scalability
    .
  • Document solutions, workflows, and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in
    LLMs, vector databases, and AI agent frameworks
    .

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field
    .
  • 1–2 years of experience
    in AI/ML development or software integration.
  • Proficiency in
    Python
    and AI related libraries
  • Exposure to
    agentic AI frameworks
    (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, FastMCP).
  • Experience with C/C++ or C# is a plus (for system integration in automotive/embedded domains).
  • Basic knowledge of
    LLMs, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate)
    .
  • Familiarity with
    REST APIs, FastAPI/Flask, and integration workflows
    .
  • Good understanding of
    software development practices
    (Git, CI/CD, testing).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with
    cloud platforms
    (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Prior experience in the
    automotive domain
    is a plus.
