Job location:
Johar town, Lahore, Pakistan or remote

Responsibilities

  • Calling leads to convert the enrollment in Australian market
  • Ensuring quality enrollment asking eligibility criteria questions
  • Conducting detail test to ensure quality enrollment
  • Reporting daily work and progress with Australian and local team.
  • Reporting the work and updating progress in CRM
  • Attending weekly and monthly meetings to discuss progress

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in English, business management or sales
  • A minimum of two year experience as international sales or customer support
  • Must be fluent in English speaking and proficient in English writing
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Must have IT skills for remote calling (Skype etc.) and communication (Microsoft Outlook etc.)
  • Must be a team player and dedicated with 'can-do' attitude
  • Be available in after hours
  • Should have experience of Customer support specialist and goods selling
