Job Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

  • Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing web and mobile interfaces for client and in-house projects.
  • Conduct user research, gather feedback, and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Apply UX best practices to improve user flows, accessibility, and overall product usability.

Communication Design

  • Create impactful marketing and branding assets such as social media creatives, pitch decks, info graphics, and campaign visuals.
  • Design and format engaging presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the marketing team with creative concepts for campaigns, brand storytelling, and content visualization.
  • Ensure all communication design materials align with the company's brand identity and tone.
  • Work on both digital and print-ready designs when required.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to align design goals with business objectives.
  • Translate complex concepts into visually compelling and easy-to-understand designs.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative solutions to design challenges.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated on industry trends, UI/UX tools, and design technologies.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and suggest improvements for both product and brand communication designs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the user experience and brand perception.

Must-Have Skills

  • Proven experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both product design and communication design work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as 
    Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
    .
  • Ability to create wire frames, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
  • Excellent visual storytelling and typography skills.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts.
  • Experience in designing for SaaS or B2B technology products.
  • Familiarity with brand strategy and marketing campaign design.
  • Ability to work with data-driven insights for design decisions.
  • Exposure to design systems and component libraries.
