Position Overview

As an AI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI and machine learning models. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build intelligent systems that address complex business challenges, enhance efficiency, and drive innovation across our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement machine learning and deep learning models
  • Build and optimize AI algorithms for real-world problem-solving
  • Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
  • Enhance and maintain existing AI solutions for better performance
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists on project requirements
  • Conduct rigorous testing, debugging, and validation of AI systems
  • Document technical processes, workflows, and model architectures

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of professional AI development experience
  • Strong programming skills in Python
  • Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and ML/DL frameworks
  • Solid understanding of AI algorithms, model development, and optimization techniques
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field

Work Details

  • Location: PECHS, Karachi (Onsite)
  • Shift: Night (9 PM – 6 AM, Monday to Saturday)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of deployed AI solutions
  • Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning
  • Relevant AI certifications (TensorFlow, AWS ML, etc.)

Note: Applicants must be prepared for an intensive technical interview and hands-on coding assessment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs150,000.00 per month
