The Active Solutions is a dynamic and rapidly growing company in the design and development industry. We are seeking a talented Upwork Sales Executive to join our sales team and help generate potential leads for our organization. Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and businesses on Upwork.
- Leverage a strong knowledge of the Upwork platform to identify opportunities.
- Tackle clients professionally, demonstrating exceptional negotiation and networking abilities.
- Proactively secure new business leads through strategic bidding and persuasive communication.
- Assess project requirements, conduct competitive analyses, and devise effective pricing strategies for successful bids.
- Professionally communicate with clients, presenting our portfolio and success stories to emphasize our expertise.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, including written and spoken English
- Strong research and analysis skills
- Demonstrated experience in generating leads, crafting proposals, and bidding on projects
