Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon Virtual Assistant with at least 3 years of experience in Private Label (PL) product management, specifically within the medical products field. This is a night shift, on-site position requiring dedication and expertise in managing Amazon seller accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Amazon Private Label listings for medical products.
  • Oversee product research, listing optimization, and inventory management.
  • Handle customer service and inquiries related to the listed products.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to improve performance.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with suppliers and fulfillment teams.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and medical product regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with Private Label products in the medical field.
  • Experience managing TikTok Shop or other social commerce platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently during night shifts in an on-site environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude towards managing e-commerce tasks.
