We are hiring a dedicated Amazon Account Specialist to manage product listings, optimize advertising campaigns, and enhance sales performance across Amazon marketplaces. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with Amazon Seller Central, and a deep understanding of PPC management and keyword optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central accounts.
  • Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, bullet points, and backend keywords).
  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis.
  • Manage Amazon PPC campaigns and optimize for better ROI.
  • Monitor inventory, pricing, and order fulfillment to maintain performance metrics.
  • Handle customer communication, feedback, and A-to-Z claims.
  • Prepare weekly reports on sales, traffic, and conversion rates.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
  • Knowledge of Amazon SEO, PPC, and FBA/FBM operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar tools is a plus.
