Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to global clients via multiple channels
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention
  • Promote company products and services to international audiences with consultative approach
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in CRM systems (Salesforce/Zendesk)
  • Achieve and exceed performance metrics to maximize monthly incentives and bonuses
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and customer service skills through training

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 1+ years of international customer support experience (BPO/call center background preferred)
  • Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written) at C1 level or equivalent
  • Proven ability to resolve complex customer issues effectively and efficiently
  • Availability for night shift schedules (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM or 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM PKT)
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset with genuine desire to help and support others

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: PKR 40,000 - PKR 45,000 per month (based on experience)
  • Performance-Based Bonuses: PKR 20,000 - PKR 30,000+ monthly based on achievable metrics
