Position Overview

ABS International is hiring a Customer Service Representative for international night shift operations. Provide exceptional support to global clients while advancing your career at our Karachi facility. This role includes comprehensive training, performance-based rewards, and professional growth opportunities in international customer service.

Primary Duties

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat platforms
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with international clients
  • Support customer retention through product promotion
  • Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Keep accurate customer records and interaction documentation

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of international customer service experience
  • Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written, C1 level)
  • Demonstrated ability to address complex customer concerns
  • Availability for night shift work (both schedule options)
  • Call center or BPO experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and multitasking capabilities

Compensation Package

  • Monthly Base Pay: PKR 40,000 - PKR 45,000
  • Performance Bonuses: PKR 20,000 - PKR 30,000+ monthly
